CAIMITO

The Caimito is an evergreen tropical fruit tree that grows to a height of 60 feet. There are two main varieties: the green one pictured and a purple one. The green variety has a thinner skin and is more juicy than the purple variety. When ripe the fruit is best eaten chilled.
