The Malya Apple is native to Malaysia and Indonesia but is now grown in all sub-tropical climates worldwide. Trees can grow to a height of 55 feet and produce an oblong-shaped dark red fruit with white flesh that surrounds a large single seed. Many people use the fruit to make jams.
